Packed with love – The final steps before the vernissage
Share
The days before an exhibition are a very special time for me. Long after the last brushstrokes have dried, another, quiet part of my artistic process begins—a transition from the studio to the world.
Framing & Stretching
Before a work reaches the gallery, it's given its "stage." I select suitable frames and carefully stretch the canvases, paying attention to every detail—the material, the stability, the interplay of color and border. Each painting should not only be effective, but also presented with dignity.
The signature – a moment of reflection
For me, signing is like a final conversation with the work. It's a silent act of letting go and appreciation—like signing a letter before it sets off on its journey.
Packing & Delivery
Securely packaged, with great sensitivity and an eye for every detail, my works finally begin their journey to the gallery. I usually bring them myself – because this personal transition is important to me. It's the moment when inner work becomes an external experience – for you, for all visitors.
Invitation
If you would like to see the finished works in person and toast this creative journey with me, I would be delighted to welcome you to my vernissage on June 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the gallery at Claudiaplatz .
Your,
Julia
