What we need from you

To process your complaint, please send us the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photo of the damage
    • Close-ups that clearly show the damage to the product.
  3. Photo of the entire product
    • A full picture of the entire art print for context.
  4. Photo of the shipping label
    • An image of the label with all text and barcodes clearly legible.
  5. Photo of the inner packaging
    • Pictures of the inner packaging such as bubble wrap, cardboard corner protectors, etc.
  6. Photo of the outside of the packaging
    • A picture of the outer shipping packaging.

  • File size: You can send us the photos in full or large size to ensure the best quality.
