No right of withdrawal for individually manufactured products
According to Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 3 of the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
Since the art prints offered are individually produced according to the customer's wishes and specifications, cancellation or return is excluded.
