We print on archival-quality premium paper with a weight of 230 g/m² . This elegant paper with a matte, slightly textured surface gives every work a high-quality feel and guarantees long-lasting durability without losing intensity.

2. How long does delivery take?

We typically need up to 10 business days to process and ship orders. Since each piece is individually crafted, we work with a fine art printing company that guarantees the highest quality standards.

3. What happens if my picture arrives damaged?

Don't worry! If your picture is damaged during transport, simply send us a photo of the damage. We will send you a free replacement immediately.

4. What is your return policy?

Since each print is individually produced in the desired size, we unfortunately cannot accept returns . If there is a problem with your order, please contact us – we will find a solution together.

5. Do the colors of the print look exactly the same as on my screen?

Our printers are professionally color-calibrated to ensure the most accurate color reproduction possible. However, slight color variations may occur, as screens display colors differently depending on their settings.

6. Can I order a custom size?

Yes! If you have a special size or a specific request , simply contact us. We'll gladly check if we can accommodate your wishes.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

8. Are there discounts for larger orders?
