Light object from the series "Topographies of Light"
"Lichtblick" is a handcrafted art object that translates the alpine landscape into a poetic, spatial expression.
The lampshade features the delicate silhouettes of Patscherkofel, Serles, Habicht, and Nockspitze, painted in soft, natural hues. Targeted gold accents highlight the highest points of light, lending a subtle luminosity to the scene that illuminates the motif as if from within.
The welded iron base is deliberately minimalist, providing stability to the work without detracting from its artistic statement. With its elegant presence, the object becomes a silent counterpart that transforms space, depth, and atmosphere.
This piece invites viewers to experience the mountain landscape as an emotional journey – the interplay of light and shadow, proximity and distance, tranquility and vastness – captured in a unique, handmade work of art.
