We typically need up to 10 business days to process and ship orders. Because each canvas is handmade, we work with a fine art printing company that guarantees the highest quality standards. The print is hand-stretched onto the stretcher bar to ensure perfect tension and durability.

3. What happens if my picture arrives damaged?

Don't worry! If your picture is damaged during shipping, simply send us a photo of the damage. We'll send you a free replacement right away.

4. What is your return policy?

Since each print is custom-made to your desired size, we unfortunately cannot accept returns . If there is a problem with your order, please contact us – we will work together to find a solution.

5. Do the colors on the screen look exactly the same as on my screen?

Our printers are professionally color-calibrated to ensure colors are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur, as monitors display colors differently depending on their settings.
